                    HOW TO ENTER.  The Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 a.m. Central  Time (“CT”) on June 1, 2007, and ends at 11:59 p.m. CT on October 13, 2007 (“Sweepstakes  Period”).  ONLINE ENTRY: To enter online, go to www.DollarGeneral.com;  complete the online entry form and submit it in accordance with the on-screen  directions during the Sweepstakes Period (“Online Entry”).  Information required on the Online Entry form  consists of your First Name, Last Name, Street Address (no P.O. Boxes), City,  State, Zip, Phone Number (including area code), and E-mail Address  (collectively “Online Entry Information”).   All Online Entry Information must be completed in full.  All Online Entries must be received by 11:59  p.m. CT on October 13, 2007. Online Entries must be  manually key-stroked; use of automated entry devices or programs is prohibited.  If an entrant changes his/her Phone Number, E-mail Address, or postal  address after he/she enters the Sweepstakes, it is his/her sole responsibility  to notify Sponsor by (postal) mailing notice to Sponsor’s address, and such  notice must be received by or before the end of the Sweepstakes Period.  Limit one (1) Online Entry per person and  e-mail address, per day.  To earn  additional Online Entries, enter up to five (5) valid friends’ e-mail addresses  into the fields/boxes where indicated, and click to submit. Limit one (1) Mail-in Entry per person, per day.  Each Mail-in Entry must be a) postmarked no  later than October 13, 2007; b) received no later than October 19, 2007; c)  hand-printed; and d) mailed separately.  NASCAR SERIES RACE EVENT ENTRY: Customers  attending an eligible NASCAR Series Race Event that takes place within the  Sweepstakes Period (“Race Event”) can enter at the Dollar General Enter  for a Chance to Win a Fast Million Sweepstakes  kiosk. Customers must then complete the kiosk entry  form and submit it in accordance with the entry directions during the  Sweepstakes Period (“Race Event Entry”).   Information required on the Race Event Entry form consists of your First  Name, Last Name, Street Address (no P.O.                   Each entrant may receive up to one  (1) entry per day by any method or combination of methods of entry during the  Sweepstakes Period. Refer-a-Friend entries will offer each entrant five (5)  additional total entries for the Sweepstakes. Online, Mail-in and Race Event Entries  are collectively referred herein as “Entries,” or individually referred herein  as “Entry.”  All Entries  become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.  Entrants will have the opportunity to receive  commercial e-mails from Sponsor and its promotional partners by checking the  appropriate box; however, eligibility to participate in the Sweepstakes is not  dependent upon entrant’s consent to receive such e-mails.  Entrants can unsubscribe by clicking the  unsubscribe icon or opt-out box within an e-mail message. If $1,000,000 prize is awarded in  the sweepstakes, it will be awarded in the form of an annuity of $50,000.00  payable over 20 years.  If the No. 77 Dollar General Stores Chevrolet  Monte Carlo SS participates in and is declared the official winner of the  NASCAR Busch Grand National Series Ford 300 Race at Homestead-Miami Speedway  completed on November 17, 2007, the Official Grand Prize winner will receive a  cash prize in the amount of $1,000,000.00, which can be used in any manner as  determined by the winner, payable as a 20-year annuity.  ARV of cash  chance portion of the Grand Prize: $680,000.00 USD.  If the No. 77 Dollar  General Stores Chevrolet Monte Carlo SS does not qualify for, does not  participate in, or is not declared the winner of the NASCAR Busch Grand  National Series Ford 300 Race at Homestead-Miami Speedway completed on November  17, 2007, the Grand Prize winner will not receive the $1,000,000.00 Cash Chance  Prize.  In the event that the NASCAR Busch Grand National Series Ford 300  Race scheduled to take place on November 17, 2007 at the Homestead-Miami  International Speedway is officially postponed and completed on a later date,  the $1,000,000 Cash Chance Prize will be available to be awarded provided that  the race is completed prior to December 31, 2007. In such event, all other  rules and restriction applicable to the $1,000,000.00 Cash Chance Prize shall  apply.Total  ARV of the Grand Prize: Up to $693,750.00 USD.    
                  Ten (10) First Prizes: Each First Prize will consist of  one (1) $500.00 Dollar General Gift Card. ARV of the First Prize: $500.00 each.  Total ARV of all First Prizes is $5,000.00. Fifty (50) Second  Prizes: Each Second  Prize will consist of one (1) $100.00 Dollar General Gift Card. ARV of the Second  Prize: $100.00 each. Total ARV of all Second Prizes is $5,000.00. One-Hundred (100) Third  Prizes: Each Third  Prize will consist of one (1) Bobby Labonte or Kevin Harvick (Sponsor’s  discretion) autographed cap and t-shirt fan pack. ARV of the Third Prize: $50.00  each. Total ARV of all Third Prizes is $5,000.00. Total ARV of all prizes to be awarded in the Sweepstakes is up  to $708,750.00 USD. 
                    PRIZE RESTRICTIONS.  Complete terms and conditions  will be furnished with prize notification.   Any difference between the stated ARV and actual value, if any, will not  be awarded.  Actual value of the Grand  Prize depends on awarding of the cash chance portion of the Grand Prize, the  city of departure, time of travel, and any airfare fluctuations.  No cash equivalent will be awarded and no  substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor’s sole  discretion.  Sponsor reserves the right  to substitute any listed prize or prize component for one of equal or greater  value if the designated prize would become unavailable for any reason.  Prizes are non-transferable and are awarded  "as is" with no warranty or guarantee either expressed or  implied.  Any depictions of the prize are  for illustrative purposes only.  Travel  arrangements will be made through the travel coordinator designated by  Sponsor.  Grand Prize winner and guest  must travel on same itinerary, on an airline from a major commercial airport  closest to winner’s place of residence (to be chosen solely by the Sponsor), to  Miami, Florida.  Hotel accommodations (on dates and at  facilities to be specified solely by the Sponsor) must be taken together and  cannot be taken separately.  Reservations  are non-refundable for cash or credit, non-transferable and non-changeable once  issued.  If Grand Prize winner is unable  to complete the trip on the dates specified by Sponsor, the winner shall  forfeit the prize in its entirety, and an alternate winner will be selected,  provided sufficient time remains prior to the race (as determined by Sponsor in  its sole discretion).  If, in the  judgment of Sponsor, air travel is not required due to winner's proximity to  prize location, ground transportation will be substituted for round-trip air  travel at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Guest of winner must be at least 21 years  of age as of October 13, 2007.  Winner  and guest are responsible for obtaining travel insurance (and all other forms  of insurance) where applicable, at their option, and hereby acknowledge that  the Sponsor has not and will not obtain or provide travel insurance or any  other form of insurance.  For NASCAR race  events, winner and guest must carry photo-ID at all times; cannot wear shorts,  sleeveless shirts, or open-toed shoes; and must abide by all other rules  relating to the race, venue, and event.  Winner  is responsible for payment of all taxes on the prize and for any other expenses  related to the acceptance and use of the prize, including but not limited to,  any unspecified air and ground transportation, accommodations, unspecified  meals, gratuities, telephone calls, room service, incidentals, trip and travel  insurance premiums, and all other expenses not specifically identified in these  Official Rules.  Grand Prize Winner will  be issued an IRS Tax Form 1099 stating the value of the prize for their 2007  tax filing.                     DRAWING AND NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS.      
                  Grand Prize Winner: The prospective Grand Prize winner  will be selected in a random drawing on or about October 23, 2007, from among  all eligible Entries received, by the Sweepstakes Administrator, an independent  judging organization, whose decisions on all matters relating to the  Sweepstakes will be final and binding.  Within  forty-eight (48) hours of the drawing, the prospective winner will be notified  by phone, e-mail, and/or FedEx (or similar) (at the phone number, e-mail  address, and/or address provided on the entrant’s Entry) at the Sponsor’s sole  discretion.  Entrants need not be present  at the drawing to win.  If prospective winner  cannot be reached after a reasonable effort has been exerted; he/she is found  to be ineligible; he/she cannot or does not comply with these Official Rules;  and/or if his/her prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, prospective  winner will be disqualified, and an alternate prospective winner will be  selected at random from the remaining Entries.   Prospective winner will be required to sign, notarize and return an  affidavit of eligibility and mutually acceptable liability release and  publicity release (where permitted by law) within forty-eight (48) hours after  notice is sent, or the prize will be forfeited in its entirety and an alternate  winner will be selected. A list of local area (to winner) notary services, and  a pre-addressed, return postage-paid FedEx envelope, will accompany the prize  notification sent to the prospective Grand Prize winner.   Grand  Prize winner’s guest must also sign, notarize and return an affidavit of  eligibility and mutually acceptable liability release (where permitted by law) and  publicity release prior to the trip.  The Grand Prize winner will be required to complete and  furnish a W-9 Form, including his/her Social Security number, which will be  used only for the purpose of reporting the winner’s prize earnings to the  Internal Revenue Service as required by law. First  Prize, Second Prize and Third Prize Winners: The prospective First Prize, Second Prize and Third Prize  Winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about October 30, 2007, from  among all eligible Entries received, by the Sweepstakes Administrator, an  independent judging organization, whose decisions on all matters relating to  the Sweepstakes will be final and binding. Within fourteen (14) days of the  drawing, prospective winners will be notified by phone, e-mail, and/or mail (at  the phone number, e-mail address, and/or address provided on the entrant’s Entry)  at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.   Entrants need not be present at the drawing to win.  If a prospective winner cannot be reached  after a reasonable effort has been exerted; he/she is found to be ineligible;  he/she cannot or does not comply with these Official Rules; and/or if his/her  prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, prospective winner  will be disqualified, and an alternate prospective winner will be selected at  random from the remaining Entries.  Prospective  winners will be required to sign and return an address verification and  mutually acceptable liability release and publicity release (where permitted by  law) within ten (10) days after notice is sent, or the prize will be forfeited  in its entirety and an alternate winner will be selected. 
                  
                    SWEEPSTAKES  CONDITIONS.
