Each Entry Period begins at 12:00AM CT and ends at 11:59PM CT.

Grand Prize Event: On or before October 1, 2007 (date to be determined by Sponsor), the Grand Prize winner will select one of the following three Richard Childress Racing Drivers: Kevin Harvick, Jeff Burton or Clint Bowyer (the "Selected Driver"). Subject to the approval of its independent third-party judging agency, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, substitute any of the aforementioned drivers. If the Grand Prize winner's Selected Driver is the official winner of the Dickies 500 Race on November 4, 2007, by NASCAR's official ruling, the Grand Prize winner will be awarded $500,000, to be paid as an annuity in equal installments of $25,000 per year for 20 years without interest. In the event the Selected Driver is not the official winner, Grand Prize winner will have no right or claim to the $500,000 annuity. By accepting the annuity, the Grand Prize winner agrees to release the Sponsor and all third-party judging agencies from all liability and responsibility for payments of the prize and acknowledges that such liability and responsibility shall rest only with the annuity company from which the annuity is purchased for the winner. If the Dickies 500 Race is cancelled or delayed for more than 30 days, the Grand Prize Event portion of the Grand Prize will not be awarded.

Total ARV of all prizes is $534,450. Odds of winning an Instant Win Prize depends on the number of entries received in the applicable Entry Period. Odds of winning the Grand Prize or Tell-A-Friend Prize depends on the total number of entries received during the Promotion Period. LIMIT ONE PRIZE PER PERSON/HOUSEHOLD OR EMAIL ADDRESS. If any prize correspondence or prize is returned as undeliverable, or if a winner is found ineligible or not in compliance with Official Rules, the prize will be forfeited. Winners (or winners' parent/legal guardian, if any winner is a minor) will be required to complete, sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability Release, and, where lawful, a Publicity Release within ten (10) days of attempted notification or prize may be forfeited. No substitution, cash redemption or transfer of prize is permitted except at Sponsor's sole discretion. If prize, or any portion thereof, cannot be awarded for any reason, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. If any winner is a minor (as defined by the jurisdiction of minor's residence), prize will be awarded to winner's parent or legal guardian. All federal, state and local taxes, and all other costs associated with acceptance or use of the prizes, are the sole responsibility of the winners. No more than the stated number of prizes in any prize category will be awarded. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded. If, due to error, more than stated number of prizes in any prize category is validly claimed, Sponsor may award only the stated number of prizes in a random drawing among all persons with validated claims.

5. Conditions: Prizes will be awarded only to an address within the United States. This Promotion is subject to all federal, state and local laws. In event of dispute as to identity of any participant, name submitted online at the time of game play governs as determined by the Judging Agency By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and the Judging Agency, which shall be final and binding in all matters. If, in Judging Agency's opinion, the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion, the Judging Agency reserves the right to modify or terminate the Promotion in a manner deemed reasonable by the Judging Agency, at the Judging Agency's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or Website. This Promotion is offered only in the United States and is governed by the laws of the state of Texas. Jurisdiction and venue for resolution of all claims concerning the Promotion shall lie exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Fort Worth, Texas.

6. Additional Conditions for Grand Prize and First Prize Winners: Grand Prize and First Prize winners must be able to travel on dates listed or as designated by Sponsor or prize will be forfeited in its entirety and an alternate winner may be randomly selected. Dates of trip, location, travel arrangements and accommodations are at Sponsor's sole discretion, and are subject to availability and change. All other expenses not specifically mentioned herein, including, but not limited to, additional meals, gas, insurance, tolls, beverages, activities, incidental hotel expenses, taxes and/or gratuities are the sole responsibility of each winner and his/her travel companion. Winner and travel companion must travel on the same itinerary, and must comply with all security requirements. If the winner or the winner's travel companion is a minor in his/her state of residence, he/she must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian. Winner's travel companion (or travel companion's parent/legal guardian if travel companion is a minor) must sign and return a liability/publicity release as a condition of travel. Once travel documents are issued, neither travel arrangements nor travel companion may be changed without the approval of Sponsor. If the Dickies 500 Event or any portion thereof is postponed or cancelled after travel is booked, only travel portion of prize will be awarded and no compensation will be given for event portion of the prize, except alternate arrangements will be made for the Grand Prize Event. Actual value of prizes including travel will depend on point of departure and airfare fluctuations. Any difference between stated value and actual value will not be awarded. If First Prize winner does not meet age requirement for car rental or is unable to meet any other requirement, First Prize winner forfeits car rental portion of the prize.

7. Limitations of Liability and Release: Entrants (and parent or legal guardian if entrant is a minor) agree that the Promotion Parties, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by winner against, any liability for injuries, losses or damages of any kind to persons or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in the Promotion; from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any prize; or from participation in any prize-related activity or any travel related thereto. Except where prohibited, winner (and winner's parent or legal guardian if winner is a minor) grants permission for Sponsor and its agents to use his/her name, photograph, voice and/or likeness, for advertising and/or publicity purposes in any and all media now known or hereinafter invented without territorial or time limitations and without additional compensation.

8. Winners List Requests: For names of major prize winners, mail a self-addressed, stamped envelope to be received by 9/4/07 to: 2007 Dickies 500 Race for the Riches Winner's List, PO Box 5442 Culver City, CA 90231-5442. The names of winners will also be posted on the Website for up to 90 days following the Promotion.
